Answer is C, 28 microseconds. Standard data frames are based on DIFS, which interval is calculated as the PHY's SIFS interval plus two times the PHY's slot. ERP has a SIFS=10 us and a slot time = 9us (short). So, (10 + 2*9)us = 28 us
