D is the correct answer. 802.1X/EAP solution can also be used for bridge security, with the root bridge assuming the authenticator role and the non root bridges assuming the supplicant role. CWNA - 108, 6th edition, sybex, page 441

D is the correct answer, because you have to go through the authenticator (ROOT Brdige) towards the authentication server (RADIUS).
