In Active Directory On the target machines
Read permissions in the OU to scan and all sub-OUs
Domain Administrator an equivalent domain user with the following permissions:
Read permissions on the Active Directory
Local administrative rights for Windows on the target machine
Permissions to logon remotely to the target machine
I do not think that D is the good answer. Windows discovery means access to the Active Directory and access to the Windows machines. Access to AD requires only a read permission but access to all Windows domain machines requires a Domain Admin (or equivalent) permission
