A, C, D All 3 option under Self Service page. B - wrong: Can not perform SSPR for B2C accounts E - wrong: Can use CAPTCHA for consecutive failed logon attempts - Under Settings - Authentication - Security Settings - CAPTCHA settings E. Users must respond to a CAPTCHA before resetting their password.
