Host groups rules: • A host can belong to one host group only. • If the host has mapped volumes, it cannot be added to the host group. In this example, four hosts are listed as available hosts because they do not have any mapped volume. There are several more iSCSI hosts Hosts and Host Groups PowerStore 3.0 Implementation – Configuration-SSP © Copyright 2024 Dell Inc Page 33 on the PowerStore but they have mapped volumes so they do not appear as options on this list. • A host cannot be added to a host group that uses a different protocol.
