Both Hybrid and Flash models are NVMe Ready Except Unity 380 Model. If you have attended the course or read the hardware specification document, you will come to know

Both Hybrid and All-Flash Arrays are NVMe ready. Not sure what's the correct asnwer as all chassis support NVMe.
