Login to https://midrangesizer.emc.com/ correct > A. System Designer path., choose eg. Unity XT 380F, “Storage Pool”, workload eg “80%R, 20%W”, Block size “8k”, Pool Info. “Drive type” eg 1.92TB SAS, RAID type eg“RAID 6”, SparePolicy, DriveCount, RAID width, UseableCap, EffectiveCap, IOPS IF choose> B. Apps Oriented path, need to choose “ApplType” eg. “MS Exchange/FileShare/SAP_HANA, etc”, DataReduction-Enable or Not, Instance Use-Pdtn? Type-ScaleUP or OUT? Standby Node count. … So NOT. IF choose> C. Quick Config path, you choose “Capacity(TB) useable/effective”, IOPS, System Models, RAID type, Workload (for Unity or SC), Block size, drive type. >>>>>>>>>>>>> A and C seem corect!

Its tricky question, System designer also give you the option to choose workload, difference being the you have to choose a system before you can configure anything , so id say given the information in the question A or C

B should be the answer. the question says "performance based on workload". System designer is not based on "workload". you provide total IOPs / storage you need and it spits out a report.
