The Caesar cipher is a subset of the Vigenère cipher. Scytale is a transposition cipher, not a substitution cipher like the Vigenère. Blowfish is a modern block cipher, unrelated to the Vigenère cipher. Atbash is a substitution cipher where the alphabet is reversed (i.e., 'A' becomes 'Z', 'B' becomes 'Y', etc.), not a Vigenère cipher variant.
