Have a look: "Because CDFS is not specific to a single operating system, a disc burned on a Macintosh using the compact disk file system can be read on a Windows or Linux-based computer. Disc images can also be saved using the CDFS standard, which may be used to burn ISO 9660 discs. These files are typically saved with an .ISO file extension." https://techterms.com/definition/cdfs Seems D would be the most accuracy answer, anyway: "CDFS is a file system that was created for Linux in 1999 and exports all boot images and tracks on a CD as normal files.
