Just a crime, man. No matters where to happens or if the computer belongs or not to the company. A crime is a crime, so is a criminal investigation, performed by public sector forensics. Different case is, if the company suspects this guy is commiting a crime. Investigation begins as administrative, but soon will become a public sector one, and all the evidences will be sent to the officers.
