512Bytes make 1 Sector ; 123KB=123*1024=125952Bytes >> 125952/512 = 246 Sectors. No answer in this case

number of sectors = (123 * 1024 bytes * 1 sector )/ 512 bytes =246 sectors since in this case FAT32 will contain 512 bytes per sector.
