D: Adding a hyphen to a search phrase in Google excludes that from the search. So in this case he's looking for content on target.com, he's also specifying that he's NOT looking for anything on marketing.target.com and wants pages that contain 'accounting' as a normal search term.

Although the characters `" are misleading you may find the answer in the other way. site:target.com will include all subdomains automatically. This means the only reasonable option is D.
