Selected Answer: A
4.4 Reconstitution Phase The Reconstitution Phase is the third and final phase of ISCP implementation and defines the actions taken to test and validate system capability and functionality. During Reconstitution, recovery activities are completed and normal system operations are resumed. If the original facility is unrecoverable, the activities in this phase can also be applied to preparing a new permanent location to support system processing requirements. This phase consists of two major activities: validating successful recovery and deactivation of the plan

Agree. But I think A is the nearest. A. To restore the original site, tests systems to prevent the incident and terminates operations - B. To define the notification procedures, damage assessments and offers the plan activation (this is part of notification/activation) C. To provide the introduction and detailed concept of the contingency plan (Supporting information??) D. To provide a sequence of recovery activities with the help of recovery procedures (Recovery??)
