Or, if it's talking about Asymmetric Encryption, then Public Keys would be correct because only Public Keys are allowed to be shared during Asymmetric.
This one is confusing, I'm assuming it's talking about Symmetric Encryption where there is one key for both encryption and decryption...in which case the answer would be Private Key because Symmetric Keys are also called: Session Key, Pre-shared Key, Secret Key, and Private Key
