The daily stand-up meeting is a time-boxed event that is specifically designed for the Development Team to synchronize and plan their work for the upcoming day. It is not intended for stakeholders, such as managers or customers, to participate, as their presence could disrupt the focus and flow of the team. The Scrum Master should explain to the Manager that the daily stand-up is only for the Development Team and encourage the Manager to work closely with the Product Owner to get updates on the project's progress. Correct Answer is C
