The correct answer would be option 2. Desire comes after awareness.

correct answer is Desire . As per ADAPT principles of scrum once Awareness is there there ought to be a Desire to adopt Scrum and not promote !!!

I think in the explanation is already the desire is done. the first result is already available about successful approach, therefore Promotion can be started. Therefore I think the answer with promotion is correct.

sorry is the shown correct answer should confuse us, ADAP says after awareness, Desire is coming. If all other answer should be like that, I don't know, how should I trust the other answers
