Answer should be D. From "DevOps - a Business Perspective" (Skrynnik, O., 2018): "...a visual representation of the process helps to focus on the created value, rather than on the actions being performed. Usually employees and managers tend to see and understand their daily tasks (the 'what' of their work) quite well, while missin the expected outcome (the 'why').
