You do need TCP profile. E is not necessary, as SSL is terminated at the Virtual server. If it is not mentioned, then it is not reencrypted.

There is no such thing as HTTPS profile (C), also you do not need TCP profile (A). It is not specified if the traffic should be reencrypted on its way to backend but we still need to choose a 4th answer so I would go with E
