A is wrong because the user must only fill in the field which are switched on, not all. D is wrong too, no hint about expiry

"Account delivery options available to the user": Determine whether the user's account information is sent to them by SMS, email, or displayed on the browser page. This doesn't require a validation. "Enforce contact verification" supposed to be enabled in order for answer B to be correct. "Required field configuration": Configure the available fields required by the user to enter.
