If you want to use the same FortiToken for authentication on multiple FortiGate devices, you must use a central validation server, such as FortiAuthenticator. In that case, FortiTokens are registered and assigned to users on FortiAuthenticator, and FortiGate uses FortiAuthenticator as its validation server."
