following output log issue since 13 Sep and last log view within 2 hours on 14 Sep and issue still remain. So issue since 13 Sep and 14 Sep 2021 still not fix.

I have to disagree here. The line at the top is the navigation pane. The current view was opened through the incident overview screen or risk view or any other overview-like screen. If you then click on a single incident group ("FortiSIEM Agent Operational Error" in this case), it will navigate into this kind of sub-view where the heading is: (Number of incidents) (Name of the incident) incident for (selected time range) Incidents will show up here as long as their "last occurred" time is less than (in this case) 2 hours ago, not the first time this issue existed. Feel free to navigate in this way on your FortiSIEM instance or the FortiDemo to verify.
