Study Guide p.145 If the agent has perofmance jobs assigned, then the device remains in the CMDB and the Agent Status and Agent Policy columns become empty. Without perofrmance jobs the device is removed from the CMDB

C, see Study guide page 145. Otherwise it would have been removed automatically. On the exhibit, you can also see that WMI and PING (which are performance monitoring tasks) are still assigned.
