D is incorrect based off of this statement in the Study Guide: "Unlike the parity packets in FEC, which are not exact copies of the original packets, the duplicate packets are verbatim copies of the original packet." Also: "FEC provides an efficient way to reduce data loss on IPsec tunnels. However, FEC doesn't leverage multiple IPsec tunnels. In addition, fec doesn't support hardware offload or links that are not IPsec" - Thus B is correct Duplication supports Hardware Offloading. - C is correct Member must have a route to the destination. - A is incorrect

I believe C & D is correct based on info on page 260 in the study guide - - It supports Hardware Offloading so C is correct. - A requirements is that a member used for duplication MUST have a route to the destination. Thus A is incorrect. D I belive is the second correct answer, as you ca nconfigure de-duplication on the receiving Fortigate to save resources on the receiving end.

This is wrong. Packet duplication can leverage multiple IPsec tunnels and it supports Hardware offloading. Thus B & C are correct. I misread page 260 when originally reading it.
