Unknown with policy package name: Gray question mark Configurations of the managed device are retrieved on FortiManager after being imported/installed. For example, when you retrieve a policy package after upgrading FortiOS, the policy package status changes to Unknown.

No the status unknown, just means FMG is unable to determine the pkg status. But here we are talking about after migrating device to another ADOM. the status after migration is "never installed"
