A - Yes - Graceful restart mode helps you avoid traffic interruptions if the router goes offline.
B - Yes - the neighbors that receive the grace LSA will enter into helper mode.
C - No - communication resumes after 120 seconds, by default (not 40)
D - No - routers configured with graceful mode will NOT exit graceful mode in the case of a network topology change.
