See pages 30, (Screenshot of default ZTNA destinations profile, which shows authentication being disabled by default.) and 214, which states that encryption is disabled by default.
This leaves A which is definitely not correct, as ZTNA is an alternative to VPN. This leaves B & D as the correct answers.
ZTNA Destination provides access through TCP forwarding and not an existing VPN tunnel!
Encryption is disabled by default.

Authentication is a key component of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). By default, FortiClient requires authentication before granting access to ZTNA destinations.
Encryption is enabled by default to ensure secure communication between the client and ZTNA gateway.
Read page 214 in the study guide - Encryption is disabled by default. Not sure if authentication is enabled by default either, it is stated that it can be enabled or disabled. So I guess that means it is disabled by default too.
