The question is not valid- look at the drawing- port2 have connected subnet - 172.20.1.1/24 and it's not appearing in the routing table - which not making any sense. Also the answer is not correct because if you have connected subnet it's will always be preferred over static route- also - you can configure static route to subnet that is not same subnet of your port.
