Also:
A - You'd need an entire data centre for this sort of stuff. It would definitely not scale well.
B - FWB can have its own HA, but if your App is on a single server, you still have a single point of failure. There is no way that FWB can mitigate what goes beyond it in this case.
D - SSL inspection is supposed to be carried out by a device along the path, not the client or server. FWB can make it but it is not a feature it adds to the App because it is not supposed to be there in the first place.
