When viewing the daily summary report generated by FortiSASE, the administrator notices that the report contains very little data. What is a possible explanation for this almost empty report?
A.
The web filter security profile is not set to Monitor.
B.
Log allowed traffic is set to Security Events for all policies.
C.
There are no security profile group applied to all policies.
D.
Digital experience monitoring is not configured.
Option B - Study guide 154 / There are three different types of logs on FortiSASE: traffic logs, security logs, and event logs. Each type is further divided into subtypes.
If every policy only logs security events, FortiSASE records almost no “normal” allowed sessions. The daily summary report therefore has very little data to summarise.
From the FortiSASE 24 Administrator Study Guide, page 79–80:
“You can create security profile groups and then apply the profile group as part of a policy. If no security profile group is applied, no security scanning will occur, and as a result, reports and logs will contain minimal or no data.”
