D, is correct, on the FMG-6.4 page 223: But if you choose to import all objects, then the system imports all used and unused objects in the FortiManager ADOM object database and can use them later by referencing the polices on FortiManager and installing them on the managed devices

A is correct. The text you are referring to is about importing the objects to FMG database so that FMG will be able to use those objects in future policies. However, the question is what will happen the next time FMG installs a policy package to the FortiGate and the correct answer is A. FMG will delete unused objects locally from FG becuase the FMG have imported the objects.

This is true only for import. Unused objects will be deleted on local FTG. http://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortimanager/6.4.4/administration-guide/92081/install-a-policy-package
