I think C because Allow All is referring to All groups configured not all users. Page 239 Security 6.2 study guide.

Omg , i did a mistake by confusing ssid with interface.From interface settings upon security mode , captive portal next to user acces says : all users can login but access will be defined by relevant policies.So the corect answer is A

Guys in 6.2 and newer firmware there is no allow all option, only user groups to add.So in the correct answer is C for 6.2 remember.
