yes, but the document also says that its permissions can be changed. so in case, if prof_admin is not set to write, you will not be able to configure new admins. Hence the answer is B

It says "administrator account configured with the DEFAULT prof_admin profile" so no permissions were changed.

A is correct. The very first line reads ..."Per-VDOM administrator accounts only allow administrative access to specific VDOMs". Secondly, ..."You must use either the prof_admin or a custom profile for per-VDOM administrators."

In that link you can see that you can associate the admin with more than one VDOM, at the image.

Correct answer is B. A is wrong, because an prof_admin account from a VDOM cannot create an prof_admin admin account. This when We are working with multiples VDOMS... not only root.

A = correct. B is wrong because it can have access to more than one VDOM C and D are wrong because it can not change the admin and super_admin account password or do anything at that level or upgrade firmware — all these require Global Access to do so, prof is just local to a VDOM

Technically no answer makes sense. B and C are simply incorrect so chosen answer here is wrong (again). A is true but prof_admin can do a lot more than that. D is also true, although prof_admin can also upgrade through CLI. A is probably the answer they were going for.

C is not correct: Even if you assign the prof_admin access profile to other administrators, they will not have all of the same permissions as the admin account. The admin account has some special permissions, such as the ability to reset administrator passwords, that are inherent in that account only.
