There is an error in the exhibit. In the “get router info kernel” for the gateway 10.200.2.254, should be “prio=10" https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Note-Routing-behavior-depending-on-distance-and/ta-p/198221 The routing table contains the two static routes but only the one with the lowest priority (port 1) is used for routing traffic. The answer is C.
