priority: You can set the priority of the interface that can be used for SD-WAN rules or priority rules. (Page 30)
... but priority is not part of an SDWAN rule. Priority is used when a static route is created towards the virtual-wan-link - the member interface then uses the priority as the priority for its static route.
I would say that cost isn`t correct, because is used in the following strategies: Lowest Cost and Maximize Bandwidth, but here is source-ip. I think is C & D
