Refer to the exhibit. An administrator would like to create a policy on the Staging ADOM in backup mode, and install it on the FortiGate device in the same ADOM. How can the administrator perform this task?
A.
The administrator must change the ADOM mode to Advanced to bring the FortiManager online.
B.
The administrator must disable the FortiManager offline mode first.
C.
The administrator must use the Policy & Objects section to create a policy first.
The question is wrong. The word "Advanced" should be "Normal" because it's talking about "ADOM modes", which could be "Normal" or "Backup". FortiManager_7.0_Study_Guide-Online.pdf pages 44, 45 and 46.
The "Advanced" mode refers to "ADOM Device mode", which could be "Normal" or "Advanced". Advances mode allows the administrator to assign different VDOMs to different ADOMs, while "Normal" mode just allows the administrator to assign the whole device to a certain ADOM.
Also, the image in page 47 from the guide is wrong because it says "Normal" and "Backup" when it should say "Normal" and "Advanced".
The 4th answer which would be correct is missing... it's somewhere across the lines of "you can execute the change with a script even if the ADOM is in backup mode"
Had this question at the exam last week: the fourth and correct option is missing here: that you can configure with scripts, even when the ADOM is in backup mode
