Selected Answer: A
A) FortiManager_7.0_Study_Guide-Online.pdf page 250: When you create a global policy package, you can choose ADOMs that you want to apply specific policies to. Furthermore, you can even pick specific policy packages in individual ADOMs that you wan to apply the global policies to.

"Then the administrator creates a new policy package, Fortinet, in the custom ADOM1." D is correct. A is wrong, as you have to go to the Global Database ADOM into either header or footer policy and assign to ADOM and policy package. Thus this process is not automatic. B Is wrong, as there is no such option when creating new policy packages in custom ADOMs. C is wrong, as you do this from the Global Database ADOM and not the custom ADOM itself. This leaves us D, where you go into the Global Database ADOM, into the Footer or Header policy package, and assign the policy to the ADOM and policy package.

When you create a global policy package, you can choose ADOMs that you want to apply specific policies to. Furthermore, you can even pick specific policy packages in individual ADOMs that you wan to apply the global policies to. Everytime when you create policy package in any ADOM you must global policy package from the global ADOM by including that newly cretaed policy package (or excluding others).

Admin guide: Each policy package can only have one global policy package assigned to it, but multiple global policy packages can be used in an ADOM. Question: which global policy package will be "automatically" assigned in A case? I vote for D, but in 6.4 exam discussion one man claims, that he checked it in lab, and A is correct.
