pref is different so no load balance, and PRINS is the DNS server who replied query DNS not receiving mail should be CD

Correct Answer is CD, Preferences Values are used to indicate priority. An MTA with the lowest preference always has the highest priority. If the lowest preference doesn't respond to a TCP SYN Request, the next higher preference MTA is used. Load Balance is used when preference has equal values FML 6.4 StudyGuide page 8
