A is wrong, because TZ is for TimeZone of the server, and it's used to calculate the base value of the weight. B is good, because as the weight is lower, more chance the server will be chosen and more packets will be sent. C is wrong, because the server used to validate it's contract was the one with the I flag. D is wrong, because the firsts servers received from DNS resolution are those with D glag.

B, without any doubt. Study guide page 174-176 C is wrong as there is no "D" flag on ip 64.26.151.37 Cannot be D because "F" flags means server is down !
