B You can add a large number of users to your organization from the Bulk Import tab. The list of users to be added and their information must be in a .csv file. Genesys recommends exporting the .csv file from a spreadsheet rather than composing it in a plain text editor. When you save a .csv file, the spreadsheet automatically inserts the required quotes and commas. This method is less prone to errors than manually formatting records.
