Your organization wants to grant Google Vault access to an external regulatory authority. In an effort to comply with an investigation, the external group needs the ability to view reports in Google Vault. What should you do?
A.
Create accounts for external users and assign Vault privileges.
B.
Share Vault access with external users.
C.
Assign an Archived User license to the external users.
D.
Temporarily assign the super admin role to the users.
It's interesting that folks pushing for both A and B are citing the same relevant https://support.google.com/vault/answer/3338258. B is not incorrect, but A is the better answer if you read that Google KB carefully.
James, lendo a URL apontada, perceba que existe uma indicação que conduz para a resposta A:
Your Google Workspace administrator must first add these users to your organization in the Admin console and give them privileges to search in Vault, view reports, or other tasks
With what knowledge you marked Correct Answer as C??? I am really feeling it is full of garbage as you help in creating garbage rather than providing the right answer with supporting facts. Stop this non-sense of making it a dumping ground.

"if you want [email protected], an external investigator, to access Vault, you can add her as sarah-solarmora@your_domain.com."
B is the correct Answer!
To grant Google Vault access to an external regulatory authority, you should share Vault access with the external users. Google Vault provides the ability to share access to specific searches, holds, and exports with external users for compliance and investigation purposes.
A - Your Google Workspace administrator must first add these users to your organization in the Admin console and give them privileges to search in Vault, view reports, or other tasks. You must then inform the external users that they can access Vault with those accounts.
