I would go with B & C, if email address is changed in AD, there shouldn’t be delivery disruption. When the update is done in Gsuit console > Their previous email will become an alternate email (email alias) so email delivery isn't interrupted.

GCDS is a one-way sync from ADAP, this link [https://support.google.com/a/answer/7177267] states that GCDS works best if updates to GSuite are done via the sync (i.e. not directly in G Suite) so D and E is correct

typo ... "ADAP" was s'pose to be AD or LDAP - looks like I could not decide. Pick either one, they both correct
