A&C because we do not want to whitelist ALL apps in marketplace but only approved software. E would mean whitelist all apps and only limit access to google drive and gmail but not to all other information.

C and E is correct, this link [https://support.google.com/a/answer/6089179?hl=en] shows that you manage access to the G Suite marketplace.
