Selected Answer: D
Bigtable is a key-value and wide-column store, ideal for fast access to structured, semi-structured, or unstructured data. This makes latency-sensitive workloads like personalization a perfect fit for Bigtable. However its distributed counters, high read and write throughput per dollar makes it also a great fit for clickstream and IoT use cases, and even batch analytics for high-performance computing (HPC) applications, including training ML models.

I believe Firestore is a more accurate answer for this question. It is a flexible, scalable NoSQL cloud database for storing and syncing data in real-time. In this case the question states "unstructured data" since its IoT so Firestore is recommended. BigTable can handle it too but the course says it's better suited for ">1 TB of semi-structured or structured data" and it also for analytical work which is not mentioned in this question at all.

You have to choose a location for firestorm. The question is about storing data globally. D is the way to go.
