B is correct. https://cloud.google.com/network-connectivity/docs/direct-peering Direct Peering exists outside of Google Cloud. Unless you need to access Google Workspace applications, the recommended methods of access to Google Cloud are Dedicated Interconnect or Partner Interconnect.
