. per ArubaOS 8.7.1.0 user guide, p 322 with "base OS" (without PEFNG license) "This implicit user role allows only DNS and DHCP traffic between the client and network and directs all HTTP or HTTPS requests to the captive portal." I think that the behavior is the same with PEFG licenses. answer is C .
