Use the following procedure to generate a tar log from the WebUI: | In the Managed Network node hierarchy (or web access to a particular controller), navigate to Diagnostics Æ Technical Support Æ Open Copy Logs. | Select the Download Logs option, and Apply. | This will generate a file in flash named “logs.tar,” which you can download onto the local drive. | NOTE: Select the “Include technical support information” option if you want to include tech support information in the Tar logs file. ==================================================== so the correct answer A
