D is the good one. Switch 1 is the master for CIST and vlan2 & 3 are managed by CIST, so one forwarding an the other blocked to avoid loops.

I'm liking D. Both VLANs in CST, CST root bridge via A1. A2 has highest cost back to root.

B is correct, VLAN 2,3 belong a instant 0, elect Switch 2 as a root switch, A1 is fwd, A2 is blk.

the switch use MSTP and not PVST+. the vlan arent in any instanz, the ports work like RSTP
