C is correct, all the others should form a LAG. System priority is used in determining which switch controls the LAG port membership.

Passive/Passive will work...Active in LACP means if the device is asking if other member will participate in LAG...passive is NOT asking to other members..C for me..

in LACP its enough that one port is active to form the agregation, so pasive pasive never will form an aggregation link

My choice is C. "A port in a passive mode cannot set up a port channel (LAG group) with another port in a passive mode."
