I go for answer A as the ACDP Certification Study Guide states: "A high-density WLAN is typically seen in an auditorium... High-density networks require additional planning and design than basic coverage."

Tricky. This one is likely correct. Auditoriums require VHD....but 20Mhz channels help.

Tend to agree - as Aruba states " To DFS or Not to DFS? With as many as twenty 20-MHz channels (different vendors support slightly different numbers), the 5-GHz band with DFS now has sufficient channels to achieve high performance in a 500-seat auditorium without channel reuse in dozens of countries. Without DFS channels, the goal can still be achieved, but the radios will be oversubscribed and the per-client average throughput will be much lower" https://www.arubanetworks.com/vrd/HighDensityVRD/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm
