Bridge Mode All WLAN traffic is bridged locally at the AP to allow access to local devices on the LAN, such as printers and local servers. In bridge mode the Aruba firewall operates at the RAP and even though a secure tunnel exists, users will not able to access centralized resources. The IPsec tunnel is used only for control plane traffic and 802.1X exchanges. ALGs of the ArubaOS are not available in bridge forwarding mode.
